Intro to Mountain biking (Beginner lessons)

- Ages 6 and up

- Price $55 (max class size 5)

- An annual pass or a day pass valid for the day of the lesson is required

- 1.5hr Lesson

- Does not include rental (25% off rental)

- Teaches how to ride beginner trails by climbing, light descending, shift gears, Body positioning, controlled braking, riding straight lines, and where to start on the trails and how to progress safely.

- For: Riders who have ridden on paved flat ground or fire roads looking to get into riding mountain bike trails and are looking to gain the confidence to progress their riding. They will be shown what trails they need to start at and how to work on their skills to progress to riding harder trails and building up skill. Must be able to pedal confidently.

- All bike lessons must be reserved Online 24hrs in advance or purchased same day if there are any openings.

- Reserve online to guarantee a spot for a lesson.

- Meeting area for lessons will be behind the bike shop by the mechanic’s area.

- Must be 10 minutes early to make sure bikes are checked and ready to go.

- Must have closed toe shoes and dress accordingly to weather conditions as temperatures can change drastically.

- Bring snacks, a water bottle, and a helmet.

- Recommended items to bring: elbow pads, knee pads, eye protection, and gloves.

- Helmets are required and available for rent in the bike shop if you do not have your own.

- Parents not attending lesson with minors must leave contact information with instructors.
